I rechecked with my source based on the first comment.
This refers to the Trust and the Post Office Bank being established. Accounts are being set up now. There is also going to be a Big Gathering or Convention in Las Vegas. ALL expenses paid by the Trust.

There is more but my heart is running wild now! UNBELIEVABLE!
