First I would like to thank the CAP for doing everything you do. It is a much needed service for Canadian's. I agree with almost everything your party stands for. The two issues of Concern I have is the Party's stance on global warming and gun control. Although I know there are many enviromental problems I can no way logically find a correlation between CO2 and the warming of the planet. I believe the global warming myth has been created to tighten the nuse on our freedoms and the carbon tax may be used as the first tax paid to the world govt. I have seen on your website that one of your top issues is global warming seen here http://www.canadianactionparty.ca

Is the CAP really concerned about this myth? I will attach a copy of an email I sent to members of the BC provincial govt outlining my reasons for not supporting a carbon tax.

I am also wondering what the CAP's stance on gun control is. I believe our current system of gun registration should be scrapped. If it is not scrapped it will only lead to UK style gun bans. You don't have to look far back into history to see what happens to citizens who are unarmed. A carbon tax is just another money grab from average families and from rich families too. The majority of the wealthy people in this country have worked very hard to get there. We should not punish them with higher taxes because they are wealthier. I have spent many hours investigating Climate change. As well as the UN's IPCC. From my research the IPCC is an organization set up by powerful politicians with the intent on proving climate change is caused by human beings. Not to study climate change itself.

This extract makes it clear that the name "Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change" is something of a misnomer because the organisation is specifically directed to investigate any human influence on climate. In this context the term "climate change" is analogous to the definition used by the United Nations Framework

Convention on Climate Change that is "climate change caused by human activity".

I appreciate the tax cuts to income taxes to individuals and corporations.

My concern is that the carbon tax money given back now is a way to soften the blow of introducing a carbon tax. You have set a precedent with the carbon tax and future governments will expand on it and not give the money back to the people.

A Carbon tax is essentially a tax on all life. By supporting a carbon tax you have set the precedent for the people to accept a tax on everything organic and all life. This leaves the door wide open for abuse from future governments. Do you want this to be your legacy?

I know your objective is to tax CO2 but to call it a carbon tax plants the seed in the mind of the public that at tax on carbon should be tolerated.

At tax on C02 is almost as bad. We exhale C02 when we breath and it is essential for all plant life to live. I hope it is with the best intentions that you want to tax C02. To stop global warming and save the planet. Taxing C02 is not the right way to go about lowering the amounts of C02. We still depend on fossil fuels for most of our industry. I believe helping the green industry and letting the free market work is a better approach if that is your goal whether it is useful or not.

Once you look past the hype of Global warming and the fraudulent Al Gore video. You will see that man made C02 has little effect on the climate.

Some quick facts about greenhouse gases that supposedly are responsible for climate change.

Water Vapour is 95% of all the greenhouse gases.

Carbon Dio xide (CO2) is 3.618% of all greenhouse gases

3.225% of the Carbon dioxide in the atmosphere is man made.

Which means 0.117% of all green house gas is man made C02

What do you think the effect of 0.117% of greenhouse gas has on the global climate? It is close to nothing. Now think of how effective a carbon tax will be to stop global warming.

Do you understand that HAARP is involved in upper atmosphere geophysics, that is ionospheric and auroral studies? These regions are well above the troposphere where the earth's weather takes place.

The ionosphere is well above the stratosphere. If you google "Sydney Chapman" you will get a wealth of information about the upper atmosphere and the study of the layers of our atmosphere.(Often called the simple "Chapman Layers").

Suggestions that HAARP is involved in weather manipulations is not useful and simply conveys a total ignorance of basic geophysics.

HAARP is capable of far more than is suspected. Energetics, bioenergetics, psycoenergetics are the abilities of HAARP & the GWEN system. Cell towers are used for more than convenient communication and brain cancer. Civilization is witness to the beginings of tereforming. We are living in an altered plasma electromagnetic environment. Continued use of HAARP not only tears holes in the ozone, but gets a bandaid from the aerosol operations.

HAARP may be capable but so far it is not having much effect. I have a lucky rabbits foot that can move planets but until I use it we can never be sure.

Reading the HAARP sites results in a scattergun blast of accusations, suppositions, and theories typical of activities that are not understood. I just took a quick look and can tell that there simply isn’t the energy available to accomplish some of the claims. Claims which include every major earthquake and media event of the last couple decades.

That does not mean some of the claims are not true, just that they have not been well researched and explained. It seems to me that everyone promoting extreme claims of HAARP, not unlike those supporting man made global warming, are quick to accept any weak evidence as proof and reject even solid evidence if it fails to support the claim.

But we still need such ideas and theories. Global Warming again shows us why. Since Climategate it is now clear that people and ideas saying that man was not controlling the climate via CO2 were right all along. Their research was key to the world learning that AGW is not significant and certainly not worth funding those wanting Global Governance (to use the president of EU term for our response to AGW).

Eventually the truth will be exposed. Not always in time to stop some things but it almost always gets exposed.

This is why I like the idea of CAP setting up a Special Investigation Committee to looking to events and in some cases follow certain projects. It would keep the system open, answer peoples questions and help the government determine what their best position is.

The diciplined & trained scientific mind requires establishing proof, for the nature of science is to require that something can be duplicated. Surely you know this will never happen. The level of resources,capital and knowledge necessary to duplicate the ultimate weapon simply is not there. The study of energetics is facinating as it explains a great many things. I also recomend watching a video about energetics on either a web site or youtube under theprophecyclub/russianscalarweapons.

Science does not require that something be duplicated to be proven. We can’t duplicate gravity, evolution, or most astronomical phenomena but we can explain an understand them.

This is where the claims of HAARP alarmists fail. They cannot explain how HAARP does the things they claim. When they try the explanations are clearly lacking, which means they do not understand it. Does not mean it isn’t but it does mean, like many new unexplainable phenomena, it will have to be proven by doing or showing.

HAARP can cause Global Warming? Well since HAARP has been in existence Global Warming has stalled (see Brit Met Office latest report, last warmest year was in the 1990’s). So claims that HAARP can cause GW need explanations using proven science, not “just trust us” claims.

Will the Globalization Agenda succeed? Well people are always trying to take over the world as they know it and they have succeed many times in the past so I would expect it to succeed, in many cases it already has.

And of course many, all, attempts use children. We see this with the environmental movement and the many left wing political parties that have adopted it as a tool to manipulate. The only way these tactics succeed is by the rest of us being quiet.

I checked out the links. One was an ad and the other a complex site with many level. I clicked on the most recent report.

A little long to read but in the first page I found this:

Whenever one finds this type of error or claim one can reasonably assume they are trying to create an argument which is lacking in actual evidence.

In this case the claim “bacterial-like forms can only be established…with microscope..” has many flaws. The statement itself is false. There are a number of other methods available to find and identify these life forms. Just one that comes to mind is a DNA analysis of all life forms.

Then there is the term “bacterial-like”. If a new life form has been found or classified that is the breaking story, that is the Nobel Prize discovery.
So I did not read much beyond that. Hopefully he will edit his report before printed publication so he can get credit for his discover. Otherwise I would not be surprised to hear that someone else produces a report detailing the discovery of this new life form.

Either way I suspect the rest of the report will have similar errors, likely much more convoluted and time consuming. That is not likely by accident.

As for electrogravitation weapons, like atomic weapons they cannot be used in secret as many other experiments or monitoring gravity very closely. The first nation that creates such a device will be wealthy beyond all others...which no nation is these days.
