PARLIAMENT budget watchdogs, still can't tell if FEDERAL STIMULUS programs are creating jobs, or helping with the economic recovery. And, it seems that only $512 million of the $4 billion dollars, from the fund, has actually been handed over?

$2.57 MILLION CANADA TAX dollars, were spent on the ROYAL CHARLES & CAMILLA...MONARCHS' visit to CANADA.

FLAHERTY JIM revealed that the CANADA deficit would swell to more than $50 billion dollars this year.

Canadian household debt, swells to $1.3 trillion dollars…58 per cent of respondents said; day-to-day living expenses were the main cause for their increasing debts…32 per cent of non-retired respondents said; they were unable save any of their incomes, especially for their retirement…that’s up from 25 per cent from 2007.

FINLEY DIANE...the MINISTER of Human Resources announced that $60 million dollars would be provided, to bolster the EMPLOYMENT INSURANCE system.

Mar 11th.
PAGE KEVIN...the PARLIAMENTARY budget officer said; CANADA doing even worse than published figures suggested…contradictory to an otherwise rosy analysis, by HARPER STEPHEN. PAGE’S report also states; the often-cited GDP figures, which show the U.S. economy shrinking by 6.2% in the fourth quarter, compared to CANADA’S (3.4%), were also misleading.

CANADA awards procurement contracts to CANADIAN (FOREIGN) CORPORATIONS…THALES INCORPORATED and GENERAL DYNAMICS...this is meant to up date the CANADA MILITARY…CANADA considers these $525 million (TAX PAYER) dollars, as helping the Canadian economy?

CANADA’S CONSERVATIVE GOVERNMENT, talking head BAIRD JOHN (Transport Minister); defends FEDERAL plans to get $3 billion dollars in STIMULUS, out the door by April...on the exact same premises used by everybody else…shovels in the ground, sewer projects, public transit, and roads & bridges.

Feb 27th.
CANADA’S information commissioner; MARLEAU ROBERT gave failing grades to six of ten FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES…all of which was due to their lack of compliance toward the Access to Information (TRANSPARENCY) ACT.

Feb 22nd.
Even before the economic meltdown, and based on revealed accounting; the CANADIAN BROADCASTING CORPORATION (CBC), had already painted the CAPITOL-RED, and to the tune of $59 million dollars too. This was for the year ending August 31, 2008…it has been said to be; above and beyond its usual TAX PAYER support (over $1 billion a year), which was 8% higher than that of 2007.


Feb 19th.
CANADA announced its total (estimated) POLICE contributions...they will now donate $647.5 million TAX dollars…targeted toward SECURITY costs for the 2010 GAMES.

Feb 12th.
CANADA'S PENSION PLAN (CPP) BOARD; reports an $8.5 billion dollar drop in the value of the CPP FUND, during the October-December quarter…it blames the stock market…it caused an investment loss of 6.7 per cent.

Feb 10th.
CANADA REVENUE AGENCY issues at least $3 million dollars in PAY CHEQUES...to EMPLOYEES who don’t even work at CRA anymore...this was revealed by a new, audit…the AGENCY supports about 43,000 (THOUSAND) EMPLOYEES, at a cost to TAX PAYERS of $2.8 billion dollars, per year, and just in SALARY costs alone.

Feb 05th.
CANADA can't keep track of BILLIONS of dollars, in GOVERNMENT spending on GREEN PROGRAMS…put in place since 2006. It’s also been said; these programs have had little quantifiable effect, on improving the air and water quality too.

Jan 20th.
CANADA’S MILITARY budget, was ESTIMATED at more than $19.1 BILLION dollars.

Jan 14th.
CANADA’S stimulus spending, as indicated in their January budget, could amount to $30 billion dollars, or two per cent of the GROSS DOMESTIC PRODUCT (GDP).

Jan 09th.
HARPER’S GOVERNMENT, estimated a FEDERAL budget, with a $40 billion dollar deficit…the highest since 1993 and, $10 billion dollars more, than HARPER had indicated in a late 2008.

I’d be willing to now bet; that all human beings, living upon this geographic landmass, known as Canada, and seeing this, will now have a very good idea as to my insinuations…(GOVERNMENT) is the point I’m making here…I'll use my credit card to place the bet.
